There is no cholesterol, a trace of fat and protein.
There are 7 grams of carbohydrates, but only 3 of them are sugars.
There is also approximately 4 grams of dietary fiber.
There are small amounts of vitamins and minerals, but the daily value for vitamin C is 25%.
Like other berries, they are very high in polyphenols and have high antioxidant values.
Fragile fruit
As with other berries, this fruit does not store well and should be eaten or preserved within a day or two of picking.
